Yes, those are pregnancy symptoms. Some of them occur early in pregnancy, some of them occur toward the end. It's not common to have all of them at once. Having some of those symptoms sometimes is normal for all women, regardless of whether or not they're pregnant.
The only way to know if you're pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.
