I really need help

I came up with the conclusion last night, I have been taking ovulation tests, and pregnancy tests, all of them are -. So I think that all of them will be - until the depo wears off. But I still have those pregnancy symptoms and more, which include: nausea, tender breasts, mood swings, hungry more than usual, and my stomach is getting bigger very slowly. And I am bleeding every other day and that started on the 20th of this month. Before and after I bled I took ovulation tests and they were all -. And I don't want to go get blood work done. And I don't want to be to far along if I am because I have to cerclage at 12-15 weeks. Do you guys think I may be pregnant? And what should I do?
