If you haven't had a period in the last 3 years and it wasn't because you had an implant or anything in to stop them then you need to see a doctor.  I would say you probably can, but this is really a question for a qualified doctor. 

I didn't have one for two years, and very irregular for the 2 years before that, and I'm 39 weeks pregnant now! That being said, if it is being caused by something serious, you may not be able to. Mine was low horomones, and the doctor said it was very unlikely I would ever get pregnant naturally... but I did, so I know it can happen! Good luck!
