It's probably just from hormones and because your breasts are growing. Soreness and discomfort is common during pregnancy.

Just be careful that you do not get a fever because that could mean mastitis which is an infection of the mamory glands. It can happen while lactating. So if you spike a fever and feel like you have the flu with aches and pains I would go get checked out. But other wise it is normal for them to be a little tender.

Usually around 25 weeks your breasts start producing milk which will make them sore, the doctor might give you something for the pain.
