Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It's probably just from hormones and because your breasts are growing. Soreness and discomfort is common during pregnancy.

Just be careful that you do not get a fever because that could mean mastitis which is an infection of the mamory glands. It can happen while lactating. So if you spike a fever and feel like you have the flu with aches and pains I would go get checked out. But other wise it is normal for them to be a little tender.

Usually around 25 weeks your breasts start producing milk which will make them sore, the doctor might give you something for the pain.
