Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

The best thing to do is try to relax. I have swore several times that i had a miscarriage but i think it was just my mind being afraid of the thoughts. You could call your doctor for reassurance but if you have had no symptoms of a miscarriage chances are its just your mind playing tricks. I was constantly thinking something was wrong and even had dreams of miscarriages. But now i am almost 19 weeks and can feel the baby move and everything. Best wishes to you and try to relax! Hope everything is ok.

I agree that you should try to calm down. Call your dr to be sure that everything is ok. Miscarriage is a very big fear to all pregnant women so we know how you feel. Normally there will be signs of a miscarriage though. There isn't really anything you can do other than call your dr. Good luck sweetie. :)

I had the same fears...I swore everytime I got really agitated that it would cause a miscarriage. But unless you are bleeding A LOT, then you have nothing to worry about. Call your doctor, of course, if your worries don't go away. But I'm sure you and your baby are just fine :)

You are not alone... I had several scares. Instead of calling your doctor, you should schedule an appointment just to make sure. Even if you have one set for 3 weeks from now.I made several trips to the ER and even though they looked at me like i was some sort of psych runaway, I was reassured that the baby was fine. I even got two extra ultrasounds!
