Is it hard to get pregnant when you are in middle 30's
Is it hard to get pregnant when you are in middle 30's
I am in my middle thirty's trying to get pregnant and little over weight I am eating health and exercise. So my question is it hard to get pregnant in your 30's.

I was 35 when we decided to try for a baby. I had been on the pill 20 years. Went off in April, started tracking my cycle (highly irregular - 22-34 days), got pregnant in October (8 cycles). We had been using lubricant prior to trying to conceive & I was surprised to learn that virtually all lubricants are "unfriendly" to sperm. We used "Pre-Seed" in October and got pregnant:) I would strongly recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". Good Luck!
