Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

I just found out that I am pregnant and my first indication was being completely emotional. I get upset at the littlest things and I cant control how upset i get. Another question is that I am constantly sick at night when I am trying to go to sleep and end up staying up most of the night. I don't know how to control the sickness and it only happens at night.. I think I might be in over my head.

Question number 1.It's just hormones, It's normal. I cried my whole pregnancy.Question number 2. Even though it's called morning sickness, it still happens at other times to. It usually ends by the second trimester, But some people get lucky and it ends sooner. Ginger ale and crackers can help with settling your stomach..

It's completely normal to be emotional. With my girls, I cried over everything. With my son, I was incredibly angry. I couldn't help it.As far as morning sickness goes, which happens any time, not just mornings, do a Google search for remedies. There are a ton, but some of the most common are: saltines, sipping ginger ale, sucking on ginger or lemon candies.

Your sickness is totally normal. My “morning sickness” happened all day, but mostly at night. Even though I never actually vomited, I was nauseous 24/7. “Preggie Pops” were my lifesaver, I ate one every single morning when I woke up. And it’s very common to be emotional during pregnancy. With my daughter, I would constantly get angry at the smallest, dumbest things!
