Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It's not normal or safe (as there'd be a break somewhere in the sac and that can lead to infection) to leak amniotic fluid. The doctor can test the fluid to see if it's actual aminotic fluid. Has he? I'd also ask to have an ultrasound done if the test shows up as amniotic fluid as they'd be able to tell you how much fluids there. Another possiblity if it's not be checked is it's very common to leak pee. This is due to the increase pressure on your bladder. In the mean time drink plenty and more then plenty of fluids, in case, to keep yourself hydrated.
