Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Is it OK for a 2-year-old to follow a graveyard shift sleep schedule?

1 answers
My friend, who relies on myself and my daughter to watch her child, keeps saying it's ok for her daughter to follow the graveyard sleep schedule. We disagree because the child is now starting to sleep 14-16 hours a day. It's also hard for her to get her daughter to eat because she's never hungry. I'm worried that this child is being harmed by this schedule. I also work the graveyard shift and it's hard on my body, I can't imagine it being ok for a child. Can you help me?
