Is it possible to get pregnant again?

My husband had gotten a vasectomy about 9 years ago. As we call a miracle in our life we got pregnant with our 20 month old daughter. Its a true blessing to have her in our life! But i am actually starting to want another baby around. I have always wanted to children. Is it possible that i could pregnant again, with him having that procedure. I know we have had a child before, But what are my chances of baby number 2, if anyone knows?
