Is it safe to drink chamomile tea during pregnancy?

I don't see why not. You aren't supposed to have alot of caffeine so they tell you to steer clear of tea but a little doesn't hurt. Isn't chamomile supposed to be relaxing?

Chamomile has no caffine, so in that way it's fine. But you should limit the about you drink, since it is in the ragweed family, some believe that drinking large quantites could increase babies chance of allergies. Also, large amounts can have side effects like kidney stones. That being said, a cup from time to time is fine.

only tea i heard to stay away from is any with raspberry leaf in it, it can cause contractions from what i read
