I think so, my doctor has never told me otherwise. You can ask your doctor about it, but as far as I know tea of all kinds is safe while your pregnant.

Green tea does generally have caffeine, so you should drinks tons of it. But once in a while it's fine.

It can interfer with Folic Acid abosorbtion so I wiould limit it some and if you really like it take an extra folic acid suppliment. I drank a lot when I was pregnant with my son before I found out. It was summer and I would make green tea and honey ice tea. Then I found out it can mess with the folic acid. He is totally normal and fine though and I was drinking like 1/2 a gallon of it a day.
