It will depend on whether or not you have any complications and how far along you are. Talk it over with your doctor to make sure it's ok. And know that there are frequent "outbreaks" of food poisoning on cruise ships, which is not something you want to experience at all, but especially not on a ship! I'd also be wary of going on a cruise if you have any kind of motion sickness. I know those ships are big and don't rock a whole lot, but it doesn't take much to aggravate a problem like that in a prgnant woman!
