I'm 24 years old. I have regular periods. My first day of last menstrual period is june 18th. I noticed some brown discharge in tissue when wiping on july 5th and 6th. After two days I noticed some thick white discharge like cottage cheese with no iching and burning. On july 17th and 18th I noticed some brown and light red discharge when wiping. After that I have seen egg white like discharge. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday but that is negative. Today I noticed some red jelly like discharge when wiping. I am feeling very tired.

Thick, white discharge does not sound normal to me pregnant or not. I have no experience with this, but I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor. You can request a pregnancy test and ask about the issues you described.
you may have an infection. go to the doctor and let him run some tests on you. You can even get a blood test to see if you really are pregnant.
