What I want to know is that when a woman is pregnant n still has a period what color is the blood flow? Is it still the red/pinkish color or is it brown? Heavier or lighter? Just wondering about that?

Ask your doctor next time you go in. When I spotted the color always varied but I never had a true period when I was pregnant.
i spotted red/pink when i was pregnant it could be brown though if its old blood
I spotted a pinkish brown for most of my first trimester.
