kids not sleeping all night..
THE TWINS NEVER SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT THEY ARE 2 AND ALWAYS WAKE UP AND WANT MILK OR SOMETHING TO DRINK, I KNOW THEY NEED TO SLEEP I JUST WANT THEM TO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT

Make sure they're getting enough to eat during the day and wean them off the milk at night. Give them water instead at first.
