Is my baby in any danger with the way I sleep at night on my back at 3

I am 24 weeks and just had this discussion with my Dr. He told me that when your further along, it slows down the babys heart rate. But as long as you are not sleeping just that way you are fine. He said it was natural to move around while you sleep. He said its best to sleep on your side preferably your right!
