Is my baby safe after drinking diet pills I didnt know I was pregnant

I take diet pills and drink diet tea's to lose weight. I did not realize I was pregnant and was still taking them. I even took advil for a tooth ache and vitamin c because its my vitamins all because I did not know I was pregnant. I want to make sure my baby is safe and healthy after all that. I did not mean to do any of those. If I only knew I would have not done it. :( How do I make sure that my baby is not deformed and healthy?. :(

You can't know unless you get an ultrasound. But, it won't show much of anything until after your first trimester. Chances are that things are fine. Plenty of women do all kinds of things when they don't know they're pregnant and they end up with healthy babies. The main ingredient in diet pills is caffeine, which doesn't hurt the baby. One or two doses of Advil shouldn't cause a problem either. But, no matter what, see your doctor as soon as possible and tell him or her your concerns.
