Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

My daughter is so picky! She doesn't like the substance of most meats or a lot of foods in general. She'll start eating it and than takes it out of her mouth and plays with it. I don't know how to fix this. HELP!

whatever you do, don't make mealtime a battleground. this will only make your situation worse, and frustrate the hell out of you and her. most todlers are picky at this age. let her play with her food. what's the harm in that? continue to offer new foods, even when you think she may not like them. let her see you eat a variety, and she may be willing to try something new! the best thing is to try, try, try again. a lot of times, they grow out of it. good luck.
