She started crying when she is in front of people and on stage she will run off crying and not go back on

That's pretty normal. Most young kids are shy, especially in front of large groups of people. The best thing you can do is to have her get used to performing in front of smaller groups of family and friends that she's more comfortable with and then work your way up to stage performances.
