normaal to feel BAD pain in one ovarie towards ur back at 6 1/2 mnths?

Im 6 1/2 months pregnant, and i get REALLY intense very painful sharp pain in my right ovarie, least i think its my ovarie. its like the bottom corner under my belly kind of in there an it hurts extremly bad goin into the right side of my back, same spot. it gets so bad sometimes that i cant even move, yes, its my first pregnancy so i am worried.

Call your ob and let them know. You could have an infection or ovarian cysts. There are normal causes for pain, like ligaments stretching, but if it comes out of no where and is really bad you should tell your doctor so they can rule out that anything is wrong.
