maybe prego again. I am breastfeeding my 4 month old baby, I had a period last month but not this month yet it has not came yet and my 4 month old is not feeding like she used to. Does she know something i don't, and why have I not started my period yet?

Your baby may be starting teething, having a growth spurt, etc. I seriously doubt he or she sense that you are pregnant.
If you have only gotten one period since you've been breastfeeding there is no way to tell what your cycle would be like right now. Even if you've gotten your period previously, your hormones will still have a big effect on your cycle. If you think your period is late, take a pregnancy test and/or see your doctor. But, don't freak out because like I said, your hormones can make things crazy.
