Paid Magazine subscription in Sept. 2010 and they have not arrived.

Why have the two women for whom I sent a subscription in Aug, 2010. not received their Parenting Magazines? Both were gift subscriptions. I received a confirmation of my order and yet they have not received one copy of the magazine. My daughter, Kimberly Beauchan, was to receive magazines last year also and she never received them either.
