I would call your doctor. I am 12 weeks postpartum and am having pain in my hips and pelvic area. my doctor recommended physical therepy, so I am seeing a woman who specializes in postpartum physical therapy. She is going to have me do exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor. Apparently it is a commom problem.
