Preg panties in my size that continually roll down. Too small or big?

I'm 28 weeks along and within the last 2-3 weeks purchased pregnancy panties in my size. I struggle all day long with the top rolling down, I spend half the day tugging my underwear back into place and I'm wondering if I need to go up or down a size?

Generally, any underwear you wear during pregnancy should fall below your belly. Unless they stretch all the way over your belly, they are going to fall/roll down.With my last pregnancy, I wore some fold-over underwear from Motherhood Maternity. They were very comfortable.
