There's no real way to predict when labor will happen with twins. There is a lot more variation than with singleton pregnancies. Generally speaking, women carrying multiples go into labor earlier than 38 weeks. But, it's not uncommon for women to deliver after that. Some doctors like to induce or schedule a c-section early if they think there will be potential problems with waiting for a natural delivery. Some like to do it simply because they want to control things better. But really, you'll just have to wait and see.
