severe tooth pain, whats safe after 7months?

i have been dealing with tooth pain for a while now being too far along and the pain in my teeth unbearable i am told that there wont be anything that can be done until after she is born. I wouldnt have minded so much to wait, as i said the pain is unbearable and in my third trimester really dont want to take any chances of premature birth or defects, especially knowing the danger at this point should i jsut take tylonol and wait? the pain is so bad it wakes me from a dead sleep please help!
