Yes, atleast I was told by my midwife and everone else that it is. Im not sure about it if you have problems. I would ask your doctor just to double check.
Yes, its actually very good. If you find it hurts try using lubricant, when i had sex it was SO painful, I then found out why it was because i was having a vaginal dryness issue. Hope this helps.
