depending on what age she is if shes an infant then try giving her a bath before bed and then putting lotion on her and getting her in her pjs then reading a bedtime story or rocking in a rocking chair just something to get her relaxed and if shes a toddler if u make her stay awake all day and dont let her take naps and play tag or something then when its bedtime she will be very tired and ready to sleep
