Ask your pediatrician for the general times when growth spurts happen.

The most progressive growth spurt is in the early ages of your baby. They grown even up during the sleep. So don't wake them up. Then the puberty ages are important as well.Dr. Lampl from University Atlanta has proven that there are corelations between sleep and growth spurt.
