What can I do to get my 3 yr old to go to sleep before 10pm!
She all of a sudden decided that she only needs about 8 1/2-9 hours of sleep a night a couple months ago. We wake her up for about 6:15-6:30am, but getting her to sleep before 9:30-10:00 is a fight. We do the same thing every single night and nothing is working. We even bought her a trampoline to try and wear her out. I'M ready for bed before she is!
