Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Tylenol is the only approved pain reliever that you can take during pregnancy. If you have constant headached you need to talk to your doctor to make sure they aren't a symptom of a serious problem. You should also make sure that you are drinking lots of water and are eating a healthy, balanced diet. Both dehydration and lack of certain nutrients can cause headaches.
