What do you get your child's day care nanny?

My son has some wonderful teachers at his day care center. I wanted to get them something for Christmas, I am not made of money so getting something for all teacher's is out of the question. What's acceptable, the director, and his class room nanny's, how much do you spend?? I am so confused. Thanks for the insight

If money is tight you can make a special holiday treat for them. Or you can give them a personalized gift that your son helps you make, like a pretty picture frame or something.
