have you looked at amazon.com/mom  or diapers.com? also babiesrus.com   does it have to be that exact model? if you are on a budget, you can find infant car seats for around $60. walmart.com has a great selection, and they offer something called site to store, where they shop the product from the site to the store of your choice, often for free.

I found this useful site http://www.strollerdepot.com.. has a huge collection of car seats and strollers from all the manufactures..hope this helps!
