which is best to deliver a birthing stool, whirlpool, or squatting bar
when giving birth which equipment is best to use a whirlpool, birthing stool, or a squatting bar.

It all depends on what your doctor/hospital or midwife/birthing center will allow or recommend, and what is most comfortable for you. All three of my deliveries were done in the "traditional" position, lying on my back. I didn't have any trouble, all three of my kids came our in three pushes. For me, this position is comfortable and easy.
