sleeping positions during pregnancy..
This is my 4th pregnancy and my first time hearing about certain sleeping positions after the 5th month. How bad is it for the baby if you to sleep on your back or right side?

My OB told me to sleep however I am most comfortable. I am due any day now, and usually rotate between left and right side, sometimes on my back with a pillow under my legs.
They say that sleeping on your back puts the baby on that major vein in ur back. When that happens it slows down the circulation. I sleep on my left or right side or even kinda sitting up. Its not bad to lay on your back for too long.
