Pregnancy.org says there are no foods or vitamins that help you get pregnant. If you are trying you should go ahead and change your diet. 400 mcg of folic acid daily, prenatal vitamins and a very healthy diet. Also, each month you only have a 10-20% chance of getting pregnant. As you get older that percentage drops. I hope this helps you sweetie. :) Good luck.
