is vicks vapo rub safe during my pregnancy

i have a bad chest cold, stuffy nose, and sore throat. i just would like to know if it is safe for me to use it to help with the cold. i dont like to use medications unless its really needed.

It is perfectly safe for you to use vicks rub while pregnant but if your not completely comfertable rubbing it all over your chest while your pregnant just rub some under your nose....that's what i do.

Rub Vick's under your feet, then wear a pair of socks. The eucalyptus will drain all that "bad" cold out of your system. Once I feel the sniffles coming on, the Vick's comes out!  Trust me, it works. I have been using it on my family forever and same with my Mom.
