waht are the first signs of pregnancy if you don't have a reg period

i do no have a regular period and i'm not sure how to tell the first signs of pregnancy without mising a period and vomiting.

I don't have periods in general, and had no signs or symptoms for the first 4 months of my pregnancy. If you are irregular, I suggest a pregnancy test. You may have some subtle signs, like increased heart rate, increased heartburn, more tired than normal, and food cravings or adversions (like not being able to stand coffee, when you've been drinking it every day for years). I hope that helps!

Everyone is different and you may have no signs at all for a while.  Take a test if you think you might be.  Crazydancersmama is right, breast tenderness is also a good first indicator.
