Everyones body is different. But lower back pain, contractions, pelvin pressure, discharge(mucous plug), or nasuea. Just to name a few that I have had with my first two. But just remember everyones body is different. Good luck. You will know, mothers instinct. :) Good Luck!

Bloody show or loss of your mucus plug.  Your water breaks (only happens in 1 and 10 women - didn't happen to me in either of my 2 pregnancies before)ContractionsPressure and/or pain

Contractions that get longer, stronger, and closer together; contractions that don't go away when you change positions or use the washroom.  If you're concerned, go to the emergency room and call your doctor.
