What could this mean "am I prego"?

Just last night I had a dream of having baby teeth that started to fall out by 4s and then 1-by-1 and nxt thing I knew they all was falling out at once but they wasnt adult teeth just baby teeth. My boyfriend say it is a sign saying that I am pregnant.

I always heard when you have a dream about being pregnant that means someone else you know is pregnant, not you. But as a precaution you could always take a test :) that should confirm any doubts.

For 3 months before I found out I was preg I had dreams of being pregnant and going into labor, i would wake up sweating and breathing really heavily...3 months later, Im pregnant... my sister had a similar experience. But ive also had random dreams way b4 i was pregnant and they never turned up to be true.
