i had a doc vist nov1 told me the sex of the baby (:boy:)
&& also said my plancenta is low, confused ,is this normal??

Your placenta is lying low...as in placenta previa or your amniotic fluid levels are low.
Placenta Previa is a condition where the placenta lies low in the uterus and partially or completely covers the cervix. The placenta may separate from the uterine wall as the cervix begins to dilate (open) during labor.
You need to clarify with your doctor what the ultrasound tech was talking about. I've had low placenta before that was never really a concern of the doctor, but there are women where it is a big deal. See the below link:http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancycomplications/placentaprevia.html
Don't get upset by this. You're probably about 20 weeks now if you're just finding out the sex of your baby (and congrats!). Usually low-lying placentas will move up as your uterus grows. But be sure to talk to your doctor about any concerns. ;)
a low lying placenta means that it is sitting by your cervix. it will usually move away from your cervix once your uterus begins to grow
