Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It could take anywhere from 2-5 days for your milk to come in.  In the meantime you are producing colostrum (lots of needed vitamins) for you baby.  Every woman's body is different so if you are concerned I would recommend contacting someone from the La Leche League or a lactation consultant (which many hospitals have free of charge to their patients).  The La Leche League deals in helping women with breastfeeding difficulties, overall questions, support and more.  You can call them 24 hours a day with this number: 1-877-452-5324 (or 1-877-4LA-LECHE).  They were quite helpful to me and even emailed me links to videos to help me with my problem!
