My signs were tender breast but there are many i will  name a few you may feel a cramp more likely to feel like menstrual cramp or your lower back hurts ..

I had tender breasts as well and felt kinda sick. When I was hungry I felt very sick to my stomach and i thought w/e duh obv. cuz I'm hungry but nope I was prego
