Frozen S'mores

Prep time: 15 minutes
Freezing time: 4 hours
Yield: 8 servings

8 sheets graham crackers
1/4 cup marshmallow créme
1 cup chocolate ice cream

1. Break graham-cracker sheets in half.

2. Spread 1 teaspoon marshmallow creme onto 8 cracker halves. Spread 2 tablespoons ice cream onto bare crackers, then top with marshmallow-spread crackers. Working quickly, wrap s'mores tightly in plastic and freeze 4 hours.
