Power Pizza Bagels

Power Pizza Bagels

Kid-Friendly RecipePrep: 10 minutes
Bake: 5 minutes
Yield: 8 pizza-bagel halves

* 1/2 cup tomato sauce
* 1/4 cup White Puree
* 3 Tbs Orange Puree
* 4 mini-bagels, sliced in half (preferably whole wheat)
* 1 cup grated part-skim mozzarella

1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomato sauce with White and Orange purees. Mix well.

2. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce on each bagel half, and then top completely with 2 tablespoons grated cheese (without covering the hole). Bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
