I wish I would have seen this earlier instead of spending a fourtune on a store bought cake for my daughter's first birthday. Super cute!

Made the horse cake for my son's 3rd birthday. It was easy to make, and it looked JUST like the photo here. I did make a few changes using round chocolate wafers instead of jr mints, and black string licorish (couldn't find brown), but it looked just as good. The hardest part was cutting into it!

I made the dinosaur cake twice. The first time I made it green and the second time I did it with chocolate frosting. It was so easy and my son loved it! I'll probably do it again for his 3rd birthday.
