Everyday exercise!
Oct 6: Minus 40 lbs!

Lesson No. 4: Make every moment more active
Konigsberg admits that, due to ongoing knee problems, she's been inconsistent about the at-home exercises provided by Mom Squad fitness expert [XREF {1080445} {Sharon Monplaisir}]. She has, however, made small but significant changes to her daily activity level: She walks the three flights of stairs to her office rather than taking the elevator. She chooses parking spots farther from her destination in order to walk more. And she makes a point of getting outside every day for a quick walk. Krieger would like to see Konigsberg returning to Monplaisir's fitness plan soon. In the meantime, all the little things she's doing can add up  -- in a good way. "The calories you burn when you're being active, other than what you think of as exercise," explains Krieger, "can easily be in the hundreds."
