Good news if you feel isolated post-baby: It's never been easier to reconnect with long-lost relatives, an old cube mate, even that college flame you still wonder about.

Always Google the person first, of course. Then try these sites to find info on:

Friends
Facebook.com is still your best bet for tracking down childhood pals, old dorm mates, or your high school crush. Check out their profiles to see what they're up to (and what that crush looks like now!) and leave a message to get back in touch, for free.

Family members
Most people who go to Reunion.com do so to find estranged relatives, and no wonder: It's the only site that searches every social networking site on the web. Do a free People Search to pinpoint someone's location, then pay $2 per month and up for contact info -- or to see who's searching for you.

Colleagues
Whether you're looking to go back to work or just miss your office buddies, LinkedIn.com is your free online Rolodex. Type in a coworker's name to see where she is now (and whom she's connected to).
