Beth has been teaching group fitness classes for 18 years, and has been a StrollerFit franchise owner/instructor for 3 1/2 years. Certifications include, ACE group fitness instructor, AFFA personal trainer, AEA certified. A.S. in physical therapy.

Beth has two children, Audra 7 years and Dawson 5 years. She resides in Sarasota Florida with her husband Erich. Beth's passion is to work with moms of all ages reach their fitness goals and help educate our kids on the importance of fitness and nutrition.
